PRE-SESSION

Please check your email for updates leading up to the session(s) you will be facilitating.
Download the latest updates for Zoom on the device you will use to host the session.
You will be provided Alternative Host access to the Zoom link.
Please use the QSeries script to prepare for the session. Please also review the Day of Session protocols to the right.
Review our Community Guidelines regarding appropriate behavior in our sessions. If any participant behaves in a way that violates these guidelines, please remove them from the room. Note: The Community Guidelines are included in all Zoom descriptions for the Queerify sessions.

We recommend joining the Zoom session with the presenter(s) ten minutes before the start time to test video and audio.
Double-check to ensure you have co-host abilities to assist with admitting attendees throughout the session.
Please use the QSeries script to introduce the session and presenters. You may adapt this text to match your personal style / personality, but please be sure to use the script for pasting information into the chat.
Keep track of questions in the chat and assist the presenters with ensuring questions are addressed at the end of the session (if time allows). Should any attendees violate the Community Guidelines, please remove them from the Zoom room.
