Q S E R I E S

QSERIES includes two series, Queerify and Queerphoria, which are held in the Fall and Spring semesters, respectively.  Both series are designed to provide a platform through which connections can be made between queer stories, histories, and people.

​

QUEERIFY celebrates the intersections of Hawaiian History Month in September, and Honolulu Pride Month, Filipino History Month, and LGBT History Month in October.  Held at the start of a new school year, the series represents new learning opportunities.

​

QUEERPHORIA serves as a precursor to pride in June.  As a Spring event, the series represents newness and rebirth, celebrating queer stories, but also queer joy, wellness, and creativity.
