PRE-SESSION

 

• If this is your first time presenting with a QSeries, please send the following to Kalei (kalei.ruiz@hawaii.edu) as you want it to appear in the program:

  • Name

  • Pronouns (if any)

  • A short bio

  • A photo (optional)​
     

• Please check your email for updates leading up to your session(s).
   

• Download the latest updates for Zoom on the device you will use to host the session.
   

• Zoom links will be created for each session.  Please register for your respective session via the program.
   

• If applicable, please plan to manage any activities, such as polls or breakout rooms.

DAY OF SESSION

 

• We recommend opening your Zoom session ten minutes before the start time to test audio and video with your facilitator.
