PRESENTER INFO

 

  • If this is your first time presenting with a QSeries, please send the following to kalei (kalei.ruiz@hawaii.edu) as you want it to appear in the program:

    • Name

    • Pronouns (if any)

    • A short bio

    • A photo (optional)​
       

  • Please check your email for updates leading up to your session(s).
     

  • Download the latest updates for Zoom on the device you will use to host the session.
     

  • Zoom links will be created for each session.  Please register for your respective session via the program.
     

  • A facilitator will be assigned to your session. Facilitators will introduce the session and presenters, as well as manage admitting attendees and monitoring the chat. If applicable, presenters should plan to manage any activities, such as polls or breakout rooms.
     

  • On the day of the session, we encourage you to join the Zoom 10 minutes prior to the start of your session to connect and test audio and video as needed.
